Staffing
As the staffing industry moves toward $2 trillion in global revenues, iThrive empowers members to participate in both full-time and temporary staffing solutions across a wide range of industries and specialties. Members can find jobs, fill jobs, collaborate with others, and earn through both individual production and network participation.
Whether supporting direct-hire placements or temporary staffing opportunities, members gain access to infrastructure designed to help coordinate, manage, and monetize the talent supply chain.
Commission Distribution
Each role in the talent supply chain is assigned a Performance Percentage. These Performance Percentages are equitably proportioned, and 80% of staffing revenue is paid in commission to the individual members of the placement team or to the monetized hiring company, staffing firm, or channel partner.
Commissions of up to 10% are shared with the network of the placement team, while iThrive earns a 10% service fee.
For temporary staffing solutions, iThrive supports payroll administration, Employer of Record services, compliance, workers’ compensation, risk management, and back-office infrastructure, allowing members to focus on relationships, growth, and production while we help support the operational side.

Gigs
As the global workforce grows and demand for specialized talent continues to increase, the platform extends beyond traditional staffing by enabling a people-powered Gig economy built around participation, collaboration, and monetization across hundreds of thousands of skills and services.
Industry analysts project the global Gig Economy will surpass $2 trillion by 2030 as businesses increasingly rely on flexible, project-based, and specialized talent. The platform enables members to create, offer, promote, share, and fulfill Gigs across a broad range of industries and professional categories.
Unlike traditional Gig platforms focused primarily on one-to-one transactions, the platform introduces a network-driven participation model where members benefit from both their own production and activity generated throughout their network, creating expanded opportunities for collaboration, relationship-building, and earning power across the workforce ecosystem.
Members earn 80% of every Gig sale, and iThrive shares up to 50% of the net ancillary revenue produced by your network with you.
