Commission Distribution

Each role in the talent supply chain is assigned a Performance Percentage. These Performance Percentages are equitably proportioned, and 80% of staffing revenue is paid in commissions to the individual members of the placement team or to the monetized hiring company, staffing firm, or channel partner.

Commissions of up to 10% are shared with the placement team's network, while iThrive earns a 10% service fee.

For temporary staffing solutions, iThrive supports payroll administration, Employer of Record services, compliance, workers’ compensation, risk management, and back-office infrastructure, allowing members to focus on relationships, growth, and production while we support the operational side.

Gigs

As the global workforce grows and demand for specialized talent continues to increase, the platform extends beyond traditional staffing by enabling a people-powered Gig economy built around participation, collaboration, and monetization across hundreds of thousands of skills and services.

Industry analysts project the global Gig Economy will surpass $2 trillion by 2030 as businesses increasingly rely on flexible, project-based, and specialized talent. The platform enables members to create, offer, promote, share, and fulfill Gigs across a broad range of industries and professional categories.

Unlike traditional Gig platforms focused primarily on one-to-one transactions, the platform introduces a network-driven participation model where members benefit from both their own production and activity generated throughout their network, creating expanded opportunities for collaboration, relationship-building, and earning power across the workforce ecosystem.

Members earn 80% of every Gig sale, and iThrive shares up to 50% of the net ancillary revenue produced by your network with you.

Members earn through their own production while also participating in commissions and ancillary revenue generated through their network, based on the economics of each application or service.

The network transcends individual revenue and commission streams. A relationship established through Staffing may create a Gig opportunity. A Gig relationship may lead to a subscription, purchase, referral, placement, or another transaction. As additional applications and services join the ecosystem, those same relationships create additional opportunities for economic participation.
