Members can find jobs, fill jobs, collaborate with others, and earn through both individual production and network participation.

Whether supporting full-time placements or temporary staffing opportunities, members gain access to infrastructure designed to help coordinate, manage, and monetize the talent supply chain.

Commission Distribution

Each role in the talent supply chain is assigned a Performance Percentage. These Performance Percentages are equitably proportioned, and 80% of staffing revenue is paid in commissions to the individual members of the placement team or to the monetized hiring company, staffing firm, or channel partner.

Commissions of up to 10% are shared with the placement team's network, while iThrive earns a 10% service fee.

For temporary staffing solutions, iThrive supports payroll administration, Employer of Record services, compliance, workers’ compensation, risk management, and back-office infrastructure, allowing members to focus on relationships, growth, and production while we support the operational side.
